1753 British Act of Parliament printed in London by Thomas Baskett, printer to King George II, with the assigns of Robert Baskett. Titled Anno Regni Georgii II Regis Vicesimo Sexto. Act for the more effectual levying of duties upon windows or lights in Scotland, part of the historic British Window Tax legislation. Includes royal coat of arms woodcut and traditional black-letter parliamentary printing. Removed from a bound volume. Light age toning and edge wear consistent with 18th-century parliamentary acts.
